We currently ship across Canada and the United States using tracked, reliable services.
No duties or import fees. Our products are CUSMA compliant.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your location.
Orders are prepared in small batches and ship twice weekly. Please allow time for your order to be prepared prior to the next scheduled ship date.
We kindly ask that you monitor your tracking information and collect your parcel within the carrier’s holding period. If a shipment is unclaimed or refused following a delivery attempt, the carrier may not return it to us. In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.
To initiate a return, please email Lupz.Official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
